What your day-to-day will look like
* Review and analyze volume information to create operational plans and maximize the dispatch and loading of goods.
* Supervise and monitor the Feeder network, ensuring service failures are avoided.
* Proactively interact with Operations and Feeder dispatchers in other countries.
* Maintain daily contact with Feeder suppliers.
* Prepare various reports related to route control, load factor, and more.

What we expect from you
* A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
* Advanced Vocational Training (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior) is required (a completed or ongoing university degree will be valued).
* Knowledge and/or experience in Hub/Feeder operations will be an advantage.
* A high/medium level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
* Solid computer skills – intermediate/high level.
* Flexibility is important in our organization, including for this position. Working hours: 15:30 – 23:30.
