About the Role
This is a key position within the SOC & Managed Services team, responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of service delivery. Reporting into the Head of Transformation & QA, you will lead the development and implementation of the SOC Quality Framework, supporting continuous service improvement, process alignment, and compliance across all service lines.
You’ll review incidents, refine workflows, collaborate with service teams, and ensure the operation meets the highest standards of accuracy, speed, and SLA performance. This is a great opportunity to shape quality culture and processes in a business that is growing rapidly and operating at the cutting edge of maritime IT.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll need 3–5 years of experience working in a SOC, MSSP, or IT service environment, along with a solid understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, or compliance functions. Experience with SIEM tools and incident response workflows is essential, as is familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ITIL standards.
You’ll also be an excellent communicator with a proactive mindset, confident in working with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings to leadership.
Backgrounds in the maritime, telecommunications, or remote IT services sectors are a bonus — but not essential.
