Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players. /p pGSN Casino is home to slots, bingo, cards, and more! Team members are distributed across the globe with hubs in Bengaluru, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, among others. /p pAs a Senior Product and Creative Marketing Manager will serve as the game-level marketing lead for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino, translating product strategy and audience insights into creative direction, campaign concepts, and go-to-market plans. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do: /b /h3 ul liLead the creative strategy for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino, defining testable hypotheses based on player insights and product priorities. /li liPartner with Creative and UA teams to develop, evaluate, and optimize high-performing concepts. /li liTranslate product positioning into emotionally resonant creative narratives that drive acquisition and reactivation. /li liAnalyze creative performance data to identify trends, share insights, and guide future iterations. /li liMaintain high creative standards and brand consistency across all assets and channels. /li /ul h3bProduct-Connected Campaign Development /b /h3 ul liCollaborate with Product Marketing CRM Manager to identify key in-game beats and translate them into cohesive marketing campaigns. /li liBuild and execute tentpole campaign plans that leverage all available channels (UA, ASO, in-game, social, partnerships). /li liEnsure creative and messaging alignment across launch and live-ops cycles. /li liSupport development of storylines and thematic campaigns outside of game that strengthen player connection to the games. /li /ul h3bGo-to-Market (GTM) Planning Cross-Functional Leadership /b /h3 ul liPartner with the Director of Product Marketing to define campaign objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps. /li liDrive GTM execution in collaboration with UA, ASO, and Product Marketing Manager teams. /li liRepresent creative and marketing strategy in cross-functional planning meetings. /li liManage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality, on-brand work. /li /ul h3bPerformance Analysis Insight Generation /b /h3 ul liMonitor performance across creative, UA, and ASO channels; synthesize learnings into actionable recommendations. /li liShare regular reporting and strategic insights with leadership. /li liStay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy. /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or performance-driven marketing within mobile games or live consumer digital products. /li liProven ownership of creative strategy for live titles, including campaign development across launch and live-ops cycles. /li liStrong ability to translate product strategy and player insights into clear creative direction and emotionally resonant campaigns. /li liHands-on experience partnering with UA, ASO, Creative, and CRM teams to drive measurable performance outcomes. /li liData-informed mindset with the ability to interpret creative and UA performance and apply learnings to iteration and optimization. /li liStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, including agency oversight. /li liExperience in mobile F2P, casual, social, or casino games preferred. /li liBased in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona for close, in-person collaboration. /li /ul pAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
