We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to drive the execution of a large-scale Domain Automation Transformation Programme across multiple operating companies (OpCos) and business domains.
What will your day-to-day look like?
-End-to-end delivery ownership of complex initiatives across several domains and OpCos, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
-Maintain a 360-degree view of programme health, tracking progress across multiple workstreams, domains, and backlogs.
-Act as the key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
-Ensure clarity and alignment across multiple product backlogs, ensuring dependencies are tracked, and delivery sequencing is optimized.
-Lead risk and dependency management, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving blockers across OpCos and domains.
-Support teams in applying Agile delivery practices effectively.
-Drive high delivery standards across teams by ensuring disciplined tracking of delivery metrics, sprint commitments, scope management, and compliance with delivery frameworks.
-Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads and business owners to ensure delivery readiness.
-Support governance forums, providing accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership.
Technical Background:
· Previous experience as a Delivery Lead / Programme Manager in complex transformation programmes involving automation and/or digital domain change.
· Hands-on experience managing multiple Agile teams and multi-domain product backlogs across different business units
· Strong ability to manage challenging stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and shifting business needs.
· Demonstrable expertise in Agile delivery, product development lifecycle, and hybrid delivery models (Agile/Waterfall).
· Track record in risk, issue, and dependency management across cross-functional delivery environments.
· Comfortable managing programme-level reporting, milestones, and delivery assurance artefacts.
· Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and provide clear direction under pressure.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels, including C- UK and Poland.
