What will you do when you’re here?
* Define and manage the global retail & wholesale marketing calendar aligned with product launches and brand campaigns.
* Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, priorities, and market needs.
* Negotiate, coordinate, and close activations with global wholesale partners, ensuring brand consistency and ROI.
* Develop marketing toolkits and guidelines to support partners and key accounts globally.
* Plan and execute store marketing activations across HOFF’s owned retail network.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, retail operations, and VM teams to ensure cohesive execution.
* Measure and analyze performance to optimize future activations and investments.
Profile we’re looking for
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Location : Madrid / Hybrid with availability for travel.
Experience : 3+ years of experience in Retail Marketing or Trade – preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Languages : Proficiency in Spanish & English required. Additional languages are a plus.
Key skills :
* Experience managing in‑store activations, launch campaigns, and collaborating with commercial and visual merchandising teams.
* Proficient in marketing and project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, Asana, or similar).
* Knowledge of CRM, retail analytics, and campaign measurement tools.
* Ability to interpret sell‑through data and in‑store traffic.
