At Cheil, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of high-impact events for national and international clients. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with strong operational expertise, capable of managing complex projects end-to-end while ensuring premium execution and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding brand experiences, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and specialized suppliers, and ensuring that every event meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency.

Your role at Cheil: Senior Event Manager

Responsabilities:

* End-to-end event management: Lead the full lifecycle of events from briefing to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages.
* Production leadership: Oversee the production and execution of events, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless implementation.
* Planning & operational excellence: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and executed on time.
* Supplier & partner management: Source, negotiate, and manage specialized vendors (production, logistics, technical, venues, etc.), ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
* Budget ownership: Build, manage, and optimize event budgets, ensuring profitability and financial control throughout the project.
* On-site execution: Lead on-the-ground operations during events, proactively resolving issues in real time and ensuring an impeccable experience.
* Risk management & problem-solving: Anticipate potential challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life with excellence.
* Client interaction: Act as a trusted partner for clients during execution phases, ensuring transparency, confidence, and satisfaction.
* Quality & brand standards: Ensure all deliverables meet Cheil's premium standards and align with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or similar roles within agencies or production companies.
* Proven experience managing large-scale and/or complex events from concept to execution.
* Strong operational and production knowledge, including logistics, technical setups, and supplier ecosystems.
* High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Availability to travel and attend events on-site.
* High level of English.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from and Fridays from July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.

Hybrid working model.

22 days of annual leave, plus 24 and 31 December and Advertising Day.

We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
