Responsibilities
Purpose:
The role is responsible for the coordination of CRM projects assets and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved (third parties and agency members) and understanding both agency and client needs and objectives and liaise closely with the third parties involved.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact for clients and providers for CRM projects.
2. Be competitive on budget and timing negotiations.
3. Build strong, long-term client and providers relationships and maintain frequent contact.
4. Handle relationship marketing: design, improve and manage initiatives that reinforce the company’s customer relations, such as customer journeys, emails, websites and apps.
5. Recommend technical improvements to get a better understanding of each visitor to the website.
6. Suggest and implement project planning based on production needs.
7. Address production assets needs to the proper providers.
8. Analyze and report Loyalty campaigns success.
9. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Qualifications
Requirements:
10. Proven experience of at least 3 years in an advertising agency.
11. Digital campaign and Loyalty projects both in the agency providers.
12. Office heavy user.
13. Salesforce, customer satisfaction tools, loyalty program tools, emailing campaign editors.
14. Project Management tools such as Slack or Jira.
15. Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
16. Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail.
17. Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
18. Effective organisational abilities.
19. Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
20. Other languages will be a plus.
