American Vintage is looking for an Assistant Store Manager 30 hours to join Mariana, our Store Manager, at our boutique located on Fernando VI street, 28004 Madrid .
Your mission
As your manager's right-hand, you will support day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to the success of a team of 5 people.

Deliver a unique and personalized customer experience
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers
Take on business challenges to achieve targets and objectives
Analyze performance indicators and implement relevant action plans
Pay attention to the details of your shop:
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high store standards
Manage back-office operations and key processes (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock management)
Support your manager with leadership and operational responsibilities
Effectively use and manage digital tools
Learn, develop and inspire your team:
Support team training and skills development
Share the brand's values and DNA through your daily actions
Continuously strengthen your product knowledge and expertise
Foster team engagement through collaboration, transparency, and mutual support
Your profile
A first successful experience in the ready-to-wear sector
A natural leader with strong listening and interpersonal skills
A flair for business and a customer-first mindset
Fluency in English and Spanish are mandatory
