As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp and entrepreneurial Account Manager to grow our affiliate revenues.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will :

* Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate platforms and partners
* Be responsible for campaign activation, performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring Macadam maximizes revenue and delivers value to users and partners
* Work closely with the Lead Affiliation & Strategic Partnerships, as well as Product, Data, Support and Marketing teams, to execute the affiliate roadmap and scale growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Partnership management & activation
o Manage relationships with top accounts: affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, CJ, Effinity, Kwanko, etc.) and partner brands
o Drive the operational management of campaigns: create content and visuals, ensure timely delivery, optimize placements
o Monitor daily performance of live campaigns and provide actionable recommendations
o Coordinate with partners to secure promotions, rate boosts, and seasonal campaigns
o Identify and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
o Constantly monitor and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities
* Performance monitoring & optimization
o Track campaign KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, ARPU, partner ROI, satisfaction
o Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions
o Provide weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights
o Contribute to A / B testing of revshare models and gamified mechanics
* Internal collaboration
o Work with Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure smooth partner integration and tracking accuracy
o Collaborate with Marketing and User Experience to align campaigns with user acquisition and retention initiatives
o Share partner feedback and market insights to improve Macadam’s value proposition
* Process & Growth Support
o Maintain accurate records in internal tools (CRM, dashboards, forecast)
o Contribute to improving our CRM, sales toolkit, operational and reporting tools
o Support the Lead in preparing partner negotiations, business reviews, and building the Affiliation Growth strategy

Key Requirements

* A first successful experience ideally in affiliation, or account management
* Strong commercial skills and excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Analytical mindset: you\'re confident with data and driven by results
* Structured, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus
* Available for regular travel for events and partner visits
