What you’ll do Be a
- ing member in the process of fostering our high speed interfaces
- Lead a technical team, providing both strategic and technical direction, from architecture down to RTL.

- Act as the bridge between your team, other technical departments, and the business to facilitate the execution of complex projects.
- Plan and monitor project tasks, ensuring work is allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.

Requirements
Over 6 years of experience in SoC design, preferably including 2 years
- ing a team.
- Knowledge and experience in transceivers based and/or high-speed interfaces.
- Solid technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architectural or design decisions.
Excellent communication and
- ership skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high‑level technical professionals.
- PCIe experience is nice to have
LEAD
