Roles Available
* Front of House
* Waiter / Waitress: Deliver attentive service, take orders, and support during busy hours.
* Host / Hostess: Greet guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
* Food Runner: Ensure dishes reach guests promptly and communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
* Busser / Server Assistant: Reset tables, clear dishes, and support the serving team.
* Barista: Prepare espresso drinks and maintain a tidy counter in cafés.
* Bartender: Mix drinks, serve responsibly, and keep the bar organized.
* Cashier: Manage payments and takeout orders using POS systems.
1. Back of House
* Line & Prep Cook: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and support kitchen operations.
* Dishwasher / Steward: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Kitchen Assistant / Porter: Support with supplies, restocking, and basic food prep.
* Bakery / Pastry Assistant: Assist with baking and dessert preparation.
2. Support & Hybrid Roles
* Restaurant Assistant / General Support: Support various restaurant tasks like food running and cleaning.
* Take-Out Packer / Delivery Support: Handle packing and organize takeaway/delivery orders.
* Cleaning Staff: Maintain hygiene standards in kitchens and customer areas.
* Stock Assistant / Inventory Support: Manage inventory, restock, and organize supplies.
