Responsibilities
Develop sales of PCC Exol products in Spain.
Participate in building the business development strategy.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Initiate new product development based on client needs.
Manage sales channels effectively.
Explore new market opportunities and take appropriate actions.
Implement short- and long-term sales and development strategies in Spain.
Manage commercial policies and make market-driven decisions to maximize sales.
Visit clients regularly, attend trade fairs, and develop market intelligence.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyses, and action plans.
Negotiate sales terms and contracts, and acquire new clients.
Collaborate with R&D to develop new products.
Requirements
Proven experience and good knowledge of the surfactants market in Iberia.
Chemical engineering background.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong understanding of the chemical market.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience negotiating with senior management in international sales.
Ability to adapt to customer requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
Experience working within an international group.
