THEROLE
We are seeking an EMEA ManagerCompensation to enhance our Global Compensation team. This rolereports to the Global Director Compensation and will managecompetitive and cost-effective compensation programs across theEMEA region, engaging with stakeholders, partnering with businessleaders, and deploying global initiatives to ensure alignment withorganizational goals. Your responsibilities willinclude:
* Build and maintainstrong relationships with regional stakeholders, including the EMEAHR team and business leaders. Offer guidance on compensationmatters to ensure alignment with organizationalgoals.
* Provide expert compensation advice tosupport business objectives. Collaborate with HR partners todevelop and implement effective solutions, ensuring adherence toguidelines for internal moves andrecruitment.
* Implement and manage compensationprograms in collaboration with Corporate and local HR teams. Ensurealignment with global policies and regional requirements, includingexpatriate management, global compensation processes, salaryranges, sales compensation, job evaluation, and ad hoc projects.Lead regional and local compensation initiatives, such as adaptingto changes in regulations.
* Lead regionallearning programs related to compensation, ensuring that teams arewell-informed and trained on relevanttopics.
* Undertaking additionalresponsibilitiesas needed to support the Compensationdepartment and achieve organizational goals.
YOURPROFILE
* Bachelor's orMaster's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or arelated field. CCP certification is a plus.
* +5years of experience in compensation management or a related HRrole, preferably within a multinational manufacturing companyfocusing on the EMEA region.
* Proficiency indata analysis and reporting using key compensation tools (HRIS/SAPSuccessFactors, Excel expert).
* Familiarity withEMEA compensation regulations andpractices.
* Knowledge of job grading systems andmarket compensation surveys (e.g.,WTW/Mercer).
* Excellent communication andorganizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently andmeet strict deadlines.
* Detail-oriented withstrong analytical skills.
* Proficiency inEnglish. Knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is aplus.
* Willingness to travel up to15%.
