Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration, sales, and maintenance within the Andalucia region and private sector, aligned with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model. The role requires senior-level sales experience with both large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.
Location : Sevilla or Malaga
Responsibilities :
1. Territory Sales : Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including Banking, Energy, Transportation, and Public Administration. Focus on named key accounts and the most significant clients in the country.
2. Territory Channel : Develop and maintain a channel plan for local partners, coordinate with the channel team, and manage relationships with national and global partners with local presence. Promote Huawei's solutions and create sales account plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Enhance customer relationships by managing activities between Huawei and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
4. Employ sales engagement tools to ensure efficient execution and knowledge sharing using Huawei reporting tools.
5. Manage individual and team targets, practicing solution sales mechanisms, and demonstrating key account management skills such as forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, and negotiation.
6. Lead, motivate, and ensure the effective use of organizational resources, including presales, services, and channel support.
7. Provide market insights and feedback to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications : Ability to develop new business models with emerging technologies, manage customer accounts at CxO and technical levels, and explore product opportunities. Good knowledge of ICT solutions is essential.
Skills / Experience : Minimum 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience, with a proven track record in verticals such as Banking, Energy, Transportation, or Public Administration. Strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
