The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 fixed access. This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team.
* Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access .
* Monitor performance and implement improvements.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.
* Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access .
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei
