Clear. are looking for a driven and technically skilled BMS Engineer to join an expanding team in Zaragoza, working on cutting-edge data centre projects across the region. Responsibilities:
* Commissioning and testing BMS systems (Trend/Tridium or similar) to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
* Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies.
* Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, including graphics, point mapping, and alarms.
* Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving on-site commissioning issues.
* Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver high-standard installations.
* Supporting project handover with full documentation, training, and operational support.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience commissioning BMS systems – ideally Trend, Tridium, or similar Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building services.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to work across teams and with clients.
* EU work authorisation.
* Spanish or English fluency (both ideal).
