Medical Sales Representative CRM - Cataluña, Baleares y AragónPurpose of the Job
This is a sales position responsible for servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base, and establishing new accounts. The individual will effectively handle customer complaints and recommend consignment in accounts where necessary.Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve sales quota by servicing current customers, increasing sales volume, and establishing new accounts. The complexity is moderate, involving territory, products/services, and sales processes.Make sales commitments within established guidelines and provide input on sales standards, practices, and policies.Implement sales plans to increase market penetration and develop new accounts.Develop understanding of Abbott Medical therapies and products.Prepare reports, conduct basic analysis, and perform administrative duties such as expense reporting, scheduling, and travel planning.Maintain business operations according to corporate policies on pricing, quotes, credit terms, and quality guidelines.Follow and share best practices before and after sales calls.Develop awareness of competitors' products.Represent the company professionally and with integrity when interacting with customers and institutions.Plan weekly travel schedules and communicate them appropriately.Apply the company’s Account Profiling system, capturing key account information.Ensure compliance with H.C.P. guidelines.Education & Competencies
Basic understanding of Abbott Medical or similar product lines, along with business, financials, and market needs.Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences.1-2 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry.Well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines.Excellent PC skills:
MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.English Level:
B2-C1.Experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.Customer- and results-oriented, self-starter.Driver’s license is mandatory.Connect with us at
