We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager – Finance & Sales based in Barcelona.
What will be your purpose within Semillas Fitó?
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Act as a contact between the technical teams and the company's stakeholders.
Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction. Gather and document stakeholder requirements and feedback.
Monitor and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Management of the projects under his supervision, in terms of resources, dedications and schedule of deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project needs are met.
Participating in optimization and automation of project management processes.
Support team members in achieving project goals.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management practices.
Implementation, improvement and maintenance of reporting tools. Ensuring the reliability and reliability and consistency of reported data and indicators.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
