Nature and aim of the position
The holder of this position is responsible for the proper operation of the Lounge operation in El Corte Inglés Puerto Banús (Marbella).
You animate and manage directly your team of agent reception and refund. You work in prospecting and developing the portfolio of our merchant partners present in the neighborhood. You manage the staging of brands in the place.
You report directly to the Lounge Manager and your main responsibility is: have control about drive to store, check if the team offer the brands every day, the control must be daily/weekly and monthly and report to the Lounge Manager any incidence.
You help and guide your team members on their KPIs achievement, as well as controlling the excellence of our VIP customer service.
Main duties and responsibilities
•You are responsible for the quality of the reception of international tourists directed to our lounge
•You ensure the activity of refund in town, for Global Blue forms, in accordance with the local regulations and Group’s procedures
•You are responsible for the reliability of the refund operations by checking in particular the documents presented by the tourists (forms, identity papers ...)
Cash management and reporting
•You manage cash transactions related to transactions on a daily basis: cash orders from the group's head office, cash counting, daily.
•You propose and enforce security
Team management & animation
•You animate your team on a daily basis by defining the schedules (presence, absences)
•You distribute and coordinate the work in a constant effort
