Job Purpose

Exoscale is growing — and we are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Specialist to accelerate our expansion in Spain. Your mission is clear: generate new business, win new customers, and grow revenue. You thrive in hunting mode, proactively identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals in the cloud infrastructure space. Working closely with Presales and Marketing, you will take full ownership of new customer acquisition while strategically expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers for Exoscale’s cloud platform (IaaS, Kubernetes, storage, networking, etc.).
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, events, and partner collaboration.
* Position Exoscale as a trusted cloud provider for modern, scalable, and sovereign infrastructure solutions.
* Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Drive upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts by identifying growth potential.
* Collaborate closely with Presales to develop compelling technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen our positioning in Spain.
* Represent Exoscale at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.
* Travel as required (approx. 20%).


Qualifications

* Proven success in B2B hunting sales, ideally in cloud infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
* Strong track record of acquiring new logos and closing complex solution deals and experience in tenders for public and private sector.
* Experience in SaaS, software, or cloud service environments.
* Confidence in managing long sales cycles and engaging with technical and business decision‑makers.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong results‑driven mindset.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and high level of autonomy — you take initiative and make things happen.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
