Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues
* Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for streamlined follow-up and reporting
* Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with various teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery
* Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and market trends to provide informed assistance
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
* Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred
* Outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of customer empathy
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
* A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to help customers
