This role will also be involved in live streaming projects and work closely with the Paid Media team to drive sustainable growth across multiple channels. /pp This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, ideal for someone who understands performance marketing and enjoys working with creators, partners, and data. /p pem Affiliate Marketing (Website Amazon)： /em /pulli Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs for the company website and Amazon /lili Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, publishers, and partners /lili Develop commission structures, promotional policies, and incentive programs to improve performance /lili Monitor affiliate traffic, conversion, and ROI, and continuously optimize results /lili Track performance and provide regular reporting and insights /li /ulpem Live Streaming Projects: /em /pulli Support and participate in live streaming initiatives (e.g. influencer live commerce, product live streams) /lili Coordinate with creators, affiliates, MCNs, and third-party partners for live campaigns /lili Analyze live stream performance and collaborate with the team to improve conversion and revenue. /li /ulpem Paid Media Collaboration: /em /pulli Work closely with the Paid Media team on channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads /lili Support campaign optimization, channel synergy, and performance analysis /lili Align affiliate and paid media strategies to maximize overall customer acquisition efficiency. /li /ul pstrongu Your profile includes: /u /strong /p ulli Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred). /lili Spanish and English is a must /lili Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills /lili Familiar with major affiliate platforms and tools /lili Basic understanding of live streaming, influencer marketing, and e-commerce conversion /lili Solid understanding of Paid Media fundamentals is a plus /lili Education: Bachelor or graduate degree /lili Experience: At least 5-years Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs for websites and/or Amazon.
