Ideas are nice, but impact is everything.We don’t believe in forcing someone into a specific job function so consider the following responsibilities as a starting point:In the role of Talent Sourcer you will be working closely with the Sr Recruiters and you will be coached by Milan, our Recruitment Lead.**Responsibilities**:We don’t believe in forcing someone into a specific job function so consider the following responsibilities - in order of importance - as a starting point:- Engage with top innovation universities (like Hyper Island or Kaospilot) and connect with top-talent for internships or entry-level positions- Adapt your sourcing strategy to local realities (f.E.
