Remote Software / Application Support (SQL) – Healthcare Software

Your role :
* This role supports our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
* As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, resolving application issues (including scripting and queries), and escalating to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary.
* You will ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, regular communication, effective prioritization, and product training.
* You will provide quality documentation, reporting, and share your subject matter expertise to support colleagues.
* This role offers the opportunity to work from home.
You're right for this role if :
* You have a technical background with experience in Application/Software Support, ideally in healthcare, or a willingness to learn clinical solutions.
* You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics, or a related field.
* Your technical skills include:
* Windows Server
* SQL Server 2012+ with query capabilities
* Networking
* Ideally, knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and understanding of clinical/hospital workflows
1. You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. You demonstrate reliability, commitment, confidence, and strong teamwork skills.
3. You are fluent in Spanish and English.
