What you'll do
* Support the customers we sign every month and increase callback support levels.
* Guarantee the management and prioritization of customer demands and solve them.
* Offer high-quality support to our customers.
* Manage diverse requests.
* Ensure proper communication and support internal teams during major incidents.
You'll be great for this position if you're
* A problem-solver.
* Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
* An outstanding communicator, customer-oriented, empathetic, and able to manage stress.
* Able to smile on the phone.
* Have at least 6 months of experience as a customer support agent.
* Wishing to grow in a start-up environment.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Ideally familiar with tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or other ticketing systems, and have knowledge of networks/hardware.
* Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, from 12h to 21h.
* Already based in Barcelona.
