We are partnering with a fast-growing US-based product company to spot a Performance Marketing Manager to drive the growth of its mobile gaming portfolio. We’re searching for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take the lead on growing several mobile gaming titles using data-driven performance marketing. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for someone who loves digging into performance data just as much as shaping long-term marketing direction.
Lead and execute growth strategies across Google Ads, AppLovin, and other major ad networks.
Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, iteration, and insight-driven improvements.
Collaborate with product, creative, ASO, and data science teams to drive unified growth initiatives.
Contribute to team-wide marketing strategy, share insights, and help push the boundaries of performance marketing excellence.
5+ years in performance marketing for mobile gaming.
~ Proven experience managing meaningful UA budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
~ Strong understanding of attribution, MMPs, conversion tracking, and mobile marketing analytics.
~ Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or internal analytics platforms).
~ A genuine passion for mobile gaming, sharp marketing intuition, and strong communication skills.
