Country: Spain Job: Research & Development & Innovation Engineer Job Description: Task/ Responsabilities: Scope : RDi projects at RDi Group department at El Burgo de Ebro (Zaragoza). Activities Planning, coordination, and execution of testing plans to analyze the advanced physical and mechanical behaviour of paper and corrugated board. Definition, management, and reporting of technical and research work packages and full projects aimed at understanding the relationship between processing parameters and solid mechanics, as well as the mechanical aspects of corrugated packaging performance. Development of numerical methodologies for solid mechanics and structural simulation applied to paper and corrugated board. Coordination and management of RDi Paper and Pack project activities, ensuring collaboration and knowledge sharing across projects. Generation, documentation, and communication of research outcomes and technical knowledge. Requirements : Academic Qualification: Science or Mechanical / Materials Engineering Bachelor/Master Optional: Other Engineer Degree / PhD - Advanced finite element structural simulation - Machine learning Language Skills: Mandatory: Spanish, English Optional: French Experience: Mandatory: Experience >2 years directly related to solid mechanics of paper/board, composites and/or engineering plastics.
