Responsible for ensuring that the technical department provides the most cost‑effective solution for the customer and is more profitable for PERI, while supervising the quality and technical precision of all works produced in the technical department. /p h3Key Roles / Responsibilities /h3 ul liDepartment management /li liComply and enforce mandatory group directives. /li liLead the work of the technical department optimizing its operation. /li liEvaluation of performance in the technical department. /li liControl compliance with the MBOs of the technical department. /li liMark, according to company management, the remuneration criteria and variable premiums of the employees of the technical department. /li liHire qualified technical personnel suitable for the technical department. /li liEnsure and observe all technical codes, norms and processes of the technical department. /li /ul h3Bid and Project Management /h3 ul liSupervise the projects, technical solutions and calculations made in the department. /li liControl the profitability of projects, taking into account technical and financial risk. /li liSupport the commercial / project manager in the presentation of bids, participating in closing operations if necessary. /li /ul h3Documentation and training /h3 ul liProvide technical consultancy to the sales department and the client during meetings or on‑site advice. /li liDevelop the training area of the company. /li liTechnically support all employees. /li liPreparation of technical / economic reports. /li liDisseminate technical information in the department and throughout the company. /li /ul h3Communication /h3 pRepresent PERI in external committees and clients. /p pPerform system, product and company presentations both internally and in professional or university forums. /p pTransmit vital information to other departments (logistics, billing, etc.). /p pParticipate in the Management Committees of the Company. /p pCommunicate with Germany and other subsidiaries of the group regarding technical issues. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree (civil or mechanical engineering); key areas: construction, steel construction, building operations or similar education such as master craftsperson (civil or mechanical engineering). /li liPractical experience / professional experience in formwork and scaffolding (minimum 8 years). /li liVery good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li liKnowledge of and experience with AutoCAD or similar software. /li liRstab and 3D applications. /li liKnowledge in BIM applications. /li liVery good command in English. /li liInternational experience and / or experience with international companies. /li liTroubleshooting – advanced knowledge of PERI systems is an advantage. /li liAdvanced knowledge of design and manufacturing processes. /li liAdvanced knowledge of the calculation processes. /li liFluid handling of PERI technical tables. /li liQuality of work organization and planning. /li liCharismatic manager skills. /li liCommunicative and social competence. /li liTeamwork oriented. /li liContinuous improvement / innovation and updating of knowledge. /li liCustomer orientation. /li liAnalytical skills. /li liTrustworthy and upright. /li liStrong work ethic, open minded and reliable. /li liA passion for customer service. /li liObjective-oriented. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
