We are currently looking for a talented Sales Manager for Spain to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships (CPO) for EV chargers and energy storage in Spain.
* Reinforce and expand the business pipeline.
* Implement and execute sales processes (orders, contracts, etc.).
* Assist after-sales services in Europe to improve customer satisfaction.
* Update business intelligence for Spain and develop business strategies with the Prosumer business head.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project plans are met.
* Collaborate with solution and service teams to support customer inputs and project scopes.
* Conduct sales analysis, maintain records, and prepare business reports.
* Take full responsibility for sales orders and profit targets within the product domain, and be accountable for losses.
* Based in Madrid or Barcelona, with willingness to travel across Spain.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Management, or Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
* EV (CPO) experience is a plus.
* Strong sales, market opportunity identification, and management skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proactive, challenge-oriented attitude.
* Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
* Team player, customer-focused, results-oriented.
* Valid work permit in Europe and driver's license.
* Adaptive to a global working culture.
