WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing digital marketing solutions, and facilitating the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects to meet organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, a keen ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Salesforce Solution Design:
3. Design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
4. Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
5. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Implementation and Deployment:
6. Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including the development of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
7. Support the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
8. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and functionalities
Project Management:
9. Support Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
Continuous Improvement:
10. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
13. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
14. Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred.
15. Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
16. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
17. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
18. Strong project management and organizational skills.
19. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
