WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING - LEADMAN
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities
* Leading the RAC technicians for the regular maintenance of refrigeration machines such as blast freezers, spiral freezers, cold storage, chillers, ice machines, and air-conditioning;
* Providing technical assistance to the immediate superior in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of maintenance programs for Refrigeration & Air-conditioning machines;
* Regularly checking the status of equipment and machines under repair and after repair;
* Overseeing the completion of tasks and ensuring that all safety protocols are implemented
Qualifications
* Candidate should be a graduate of BS in Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or any related vocational courses.
* With at least 2 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.
* Knowledgeable in Installation of split type aircon, repair, and troubleshooting of any RAC Machines.
* Must have experience with Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration System.
* Preferably with experience in supervising or handling manpower.
* Willing to work beyond the normal working hours.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules.
