What You'll Do
* Onboard and activate new business clients
* Act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase
* Understand client goals and set up tailored advertising campaigns
* Ensure smooth client adoption and early performance success
* Identify upselling and growth opportunities
* Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
* Manage frequent client interactions via phone and email
What Were Looking For
* Fluent Danish OR Dutch OR German (C2)
* Experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing (2 years)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
* Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
