Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee data governance and PIM initiatives to onboard divisions and products, enabling omnichannel experiences. You collaborate with product content specialists and cross-functional teams to refine data models and classifications aligned with business goals. You’ll translate customer needs and VOC into actionable IT requirements and lead training, documentation, and ongoing improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that shapes how product data supports eCommerce, BI, and digital services.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Onboard new divisions/products into PIM as SME;
build relationships with divisional SMEs and PCS - Define and expand data models and attribution for new products/acquisitions - Extend product/classification hierarchies for NPIs and consolidations - Support ideation, development, and training of digital service solutions with stakeholders - Translate VOC into actionable insights to inform the digital product roadmap - Manage governance processes and service desk requests for PIM users - Coordinate cross-functional tasks to improve customer experience and support translation processes - Drive continuous PIM operational efficiency and contribute to omnichannel expansion - Create and deliver user documentation and training materials;
onboard new PIM users - Support data modeling, standardization, cleanup, migration/conversion;
monitor data integrity - Manage import/export data feeds and reporting;
track projects on time and budget - Own test strategy and coordinate cross-functional solution testing and sign-off - Recommend enhancements to improve user experience for customersResponsabilidades - BS/MS in Business, Information Systems, or related field;
8+ years experience overall - 5+ years with PIM, data management or related roles - Strong data modeling, governance, and data quality understanding - Experience with PIM systems and tools - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities - Experience in cross-functional team environmentsRequisitos principales - remote work option
