We are looking for a Business Analyst (Fluent English)! (FULLREMOTE). You will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, mapping source systems, ensuring continuous handover, and finalizing requirements.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our BI systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Gap Analysis:
* Identify and analyze gaps between current business processes and desired outcomes.
* Develop strategies to address identified gaps and improve business operations.
Source System Mapping:
* Map data from various source systems to the BI platform.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across all mapped systems.
Continuous Handover:
* Facilitate ongoing communication and knowledge transfer between project stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth transitions and handovers throughout the project lifecycle.
Finalization of Requirements:
* Gather, document, and finalize business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and achievable.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Engage with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, and external partners.
* Foster strong relationships to understand stakeholder needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Communicate effectively to manage expectations and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

Schedule: 40h/week (flexible). Friday intensive.
