Job Description Summary
As an apprentice for Order Management team, you’ll perform support in internal process & tools transactions (Oracle, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries & installations, and administrative interactions with integral manufacturing, Region Operations departments, local sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance team. You will execute standard tasks and typically be subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Acting as an information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
- Provide strong interpersonal skills and communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Provide support in internal tools transactions to Order Management team.
- Liaise with sales, local warehouse, logistics, finance and service teams to facilitate documentation and tools update.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Spain based candidates must have finished their degree/vocational training or equivalent in the last 3 years and must not have had this type of contract previously – the length of this contract is up to 12 months.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to learn fast and be a team player.
- Time management skills with the ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Fluent English.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related.
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right the first time.
- Ability to multitask and be resourceful.
