About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the delivery and scaling of crypto products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe, fostering financial innovation through effective operations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading new crypto product and service launches in Europe
* Designing and managing daily operational workflows for crypto features
* Partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to implement KYC / AML controls
* Shaping operational processes for development, issuance, and reporting across Revolut
* Coordinating onboarding with third-party providers like custodians and liquidity partners
* Monitoring operational risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop automation tools
What You'll Need
* 4+ years in operations, strategy, risk, or product roles within fintech, banking, or payments
* Experience managing complex, regulated financial processes
* Strong stakeholder management skills and partnership navigation
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
* Knowledge of crypto markets and regulations (e.g., MiCA, e-money)
Nice to Have
* Experience in regulated EU financial institutions
* Background in blockchain products, token mechanics, or custody platforms
* Experience with regulatory submissions and audits
* Knowledge of European payments infrastructure like SEPA and SWIFT
