Define the sales strategy in the B2C segment
Contribute to the definition of the B2C commercial Business Plan (new contracts, churn, margins, purchase price, channel mix...) Implement the sales and commercial strategy of the B2C segment
Manage the maintenance and control of the customer portfolio and its margin
Design sales campaigns and define their targets
Oversee the development of commercial actions based on market knowledge of customers, competitors, and products, aligned with Total Group Spain's strategic plan
Define the Customer Journey in the sales process
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with companies from different sectors (retail, telecommunications, energy, etc.)
Oversee sales management strategies across inbound (CAC and Commercial Offices) and outbound channels (digital, in-person, telemarketing, leads...)
Develop and approve budgets, ensure operational and functional policies are followed
Coordinate or leverage synergies with other units
It requires managing sophisticated contractual positions and volatile markets with controlled risk-taking within set parameters.
Sales channels, partners, external suppliers (consultants, service companies...), sector companies (other retailers), and companies from other sectors (retail, banking, telecommunications...)
