Purpose of the position:
Providing correct and up-to-date data to the responsible parties of the organization in order to ensure appropriate decision-making in relation to achieving the cost targets (Operating Ratio), ensuring the correct consolidation of the financial statements and reporting to the Head Quarters in accordance with the Daimler Group guidelines.
Main tasks:
1. CeCos and Accounts Analysis: Analyze cost centers and accounts of the different departments of the company and check that all expenses are correctly charged.
2. Monthly closing & reporting IFRS: Provisions files, depreciation, subsidies file, IDC and Account file.
3. Ad-hoc cost analysis: Analyses requested by Germany or by local management for specific topics to be performed on request.
4. Planning: Generate the expected expenditure expectation to end the current year and plan the next one.
5. FTE's and SLAs: The first would be the control of the development of the company's FTEs, and the second, the creation and management of changes to SLAs with other companies.
6. Esker approvals: First line of approval of all PR's of MBFS, MBR and MBCS to ensure that the requests match the budget.
7. ICFR (Internal Control Over Financial Reporting) : Evaluation and testing of internal controls to ensure their effectiveness.
Qualifikationen
8. Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.
9. Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar positions.
10. Valuable experience in the financial area and/or automotive sector.
11. Languages: Spanish (native language), English (advanced), German or Portuguese is a plus.
12. Skills: Analytical skills and Efficiency, Teamwork and Proactivity, Attention to detail, Working capacity under pressure, Goal achievement and communication skills, Organization and planning.
