**PRODUCT MANAGER - COSMETIC**
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Responsible for product development for our children, teenager and adult bath product lines (bath bombs, salts, etc.), all development stages from concept, formulation, testing to production
- Work together with our factories to design formulations that meet our new product development requirements
- Lead product testing to ensure high quality, superior performance and unique product offering
- Work with Regulatory Department and external partners to ensure compliance of product formulas, product claims and packaging. Follow up with the latest industry product standards and norms
- Manage technical documentation such as product specifications, internal product databases, sales orders or customer forms requirements.
- You will work closely with large cross-functional teams: Design, Marketing, Sales, Asia and EU Production, etc.
- Plan tasks and coordinate with the product development team during the different design stages, employ critical thinking and pre-empt any development issues
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, proactive and enthusiastic in approaching challenges
- You can find and create new relationships with outside partners (labs, factories, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and artistic sensibility
- On top of trends in the cosmetic sector
- Able to deal with changing priorities
- Ability to finish project with high quality and execute on time
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical-related field
- Experience with cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical or similar consumer chemical formulation
- 1-2 years of experience in Product/Project management
- Advanced spoken and written English level
