Job Overview
You will be working as a Design Technology specialist, teaching within the IB curriculum at MYP and DP levels. As part of a truly international team, you\'ll deliver lessons that excite and engage, as well as global learning experiences that captivate and challenge. You\'ll also help provide the all-round care and attention each student needs to flourish. As one of the top performing International Baccalaureate (IB) schools in the world, you\'ll ensure the older students continue to get fantastic results, too.
Responsibilities
Deliver Design Technology lessons within the IB MYP and DP frameworks. Contribute to a stimulating, inclusive learning environment and support students to achieve excellent results. Collaborate with colleagues to implement cross-curricular and global learning opportunities. Support student well-being and provide appropriate guidance and feedback to students and parents as required.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Design Technology or a related field.
* Teaching certification, with preference given to those with an IB teaching qualification or experience.
* Familiarity with the IB MYP / DP curricula is an advantage, but a strong understanding of the principles and practices of inquiry-based learning in other curricula would be accepted.
* Prior experience in an international school environment is desirable.
* Due to time constraints with visas for this urgent start, applications from people with EU PASSPORTS ONLY will be accepted, or from those with Spanish residency already.
