Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish and advanced level of English
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customer service
- Have good communication, written and listening skills
Desirable experience
- Have previous experience in invoicing, banking or collections is a plus, but not required - training will be provided
