Do you want to be a part of a highly dedicated and professional team of skilled electrical engineers developing electrical solutions for all our turbine platforms? The electrical team is in Denmark, Spain, Turkey, and India, which you will interact with daily.
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented electrical engineer who will represent the low voltage department and ensure a systematic approach to problem solving while supervising a team of design engineers.
How to contribute to our vision
As a Technical solution owner in the low voltage department, you will :
* Define the scope of work for projects and be the overall technical solutions owner for the project.
* Drive the technical solutions, support the team of allocated design engineers in projects, and secure technical solutions within your area.
* Support the team to meet team deliveries, secure collaboration with multiple sub-suppliers, and solution providers.
* Ensure a transfer of knowledge and documentation towards our sub-supplier to enable them to build prototypes and implement the product in production.
* Actively participate in the test phase of projects to ensure coordination among the departments and a proper handover to relevant stakeholders on time.
* Be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the project.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a candidate who has :
* A degree in electrical engineering, or similar.
* A solid technical understanding together with good analytical skills and a strong physical understanding.
* Experience in the design of low voltage systems and general system knowledge for full technical systems.
* Experience working with multiple cultures, agile methodologies, and proven strong technical knowledge within the low voltage area.
To be successful in this position, it is required that you are structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable. You possess the ability to work both independently and in teams with an outgoing and proactive attitude toward your work. You can motivate the team and follow up on technical activities to secure progress and understanding within the team.
You can interface at all levels in a dynamic environment, and you have strong communication skills, also in English, both orally and in writing.
