Job Overview An international financial services organisation is seeking a Developer Analyst to join its technology hub in Málaga, Spain. This role is suited to a full-stack developer with a mix of front-end and back-end expertise, particularly in Spring Boot, WebFlux, and modern architectures. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions, support ongoing improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in wholesale banking technology projects.

Key Responsibilities Deliver timely and high-quality development tasks across front-end and back-end systems.
Analyse software components and implement modifications when required.
Contribute to defining and executing unit and integration tests.
Actively collaborate in process improvements to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Support team members and projects with sound judgment and determination.
Engage with stakeholders in wholesale banking technology projects, with exposure to financial products such as FX, Fixed Income, and Rates.
Participate in Agile project delivery, using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Around 2 years of experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Knowledge of WebFlux or other reactive frameworks (approx. 2 years).
Strong testing skills, including JUnit, Mockito, and integration tests.
Experience with Openshift, MongoDB, Hive, and Dynatrace .
Full-stack profile with front-end experience in HTML, JavaScript (Angular), and database experience with Oracle DB .
Ability to analyse and modify software components when required.
Professional-level English, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture .
Experience with reactive sockets ( RSocket ).
Exposure to financial products (FX, Fixed Income, Rates) within wholesale banking.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Málaga, Spain .
