Logiscenter is the leading assisted e-commerce provider of AIDC technology solutions in Europe, working with the largest brands in the industry (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Elo etc) to provide our customers with the best possible solutions and services for their business needs.We are a dynamic company with a young International team, on a mission to become the leading AIDC reseller in the European market.Our international commercial team is growing to help develop operations in the DACH area.TasksYour tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring new business within the German market with the following responsibilities:- Telephone customer service and account management- Manage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow-ups and quotations- Create and manage quotations and documentation- Construct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution selling- Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the business- Offer hands-on customer support.**Requirements**:- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills- Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce- Experience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sector- Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets- Native German is mandatory.- Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferred- Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts**Benefits**:**Type of contract**: Full-time- Salary range: 23.000€ to 30.000€ gross / year (according to your skills, knowledge & work experience) + bonus.If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a hunger to exceed targets put in front of you, Logiscenter is the place for you.
