Responsibilities

* Track record of successful pharma/biotech patient/community marketing with an understanding of expense budget planning and tracking.
* e‑Marketing: ability to translate brand objectives into e‑tactical plan; in-depth understanding of digital media.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in marketing positions.
* Minimum 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients, preferably in HIV.
* A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is required.
* An MBA degree or equivalent is preferred.
* Advanced experience with product lifecycle management is preferred.
* An advanced science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or an advanced business degree (MBA) is desirable.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical product life cycle management in a variety of therapeutic areas preferred.
* Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
* Expertise in prior roles with advocacy, community, and national health systems and services is preferred.
* Must have experience in developing, reporting, and communicating HCP e‑Marketing metrics.
* Must have experience executing and measuring key e‑Marketing tactics including websites, SEO/SEM, web‑based detailing, email campaigns, podcasts, and digital media.
* Experience with social media a plus.
