This freelance role requires a proactive professional with strong sourcing, negotiation, and contract management expertise in
IT categories such as software, consultancy, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing &
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end
IT procurement sourcing projects (software, consultancy, etc.)
Align with internal stakeholders on technology and digital procurement needs Define sourcing strategies and manage procurement projects Conduct RFX processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) based on business requirements Coordinate technical specifications with business teams Manage vendor communications, proposals, and negotiations Vendor & Contract Management:
Maintain and manage vendor relationships and communications Analyze contract terms for compliance and commercial alignment Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Legal, Procurement Office) to ensure contract adherence Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors Oversee execution of contract amendments and addenda Compliance &
Legal Coordination:
Review and validate existing contracts for legal and internal compliance Collaborate with legal teams to incorporate required contract changes Secure necessary commercial and legal approvals for contract finalization Requirements: Proven experience in
IT Procurement, particularly with software and consultancy categories Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and procurement processes (RFX, vendor management) Solid understanding of legal and compliance aspects of
IT contracts Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
