We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our International Business Development Team in Bolton International based in Italy. You have unique opportunity to start up the central Trade Marketing function at Bolton International. The central trade-marketing team develops and harmonises go-to-market activities and tools, supporting countries and categories in a matrix organisation to ensure consistent and high-performing commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Organize data reports and format (eg: sell-in, sell-out, and plan building blocks)
- Provide trade marketing and category management guidelines to BI countries (e.g., promotion policy, in-store activation, shopper marketing, assortment recommendations, channel strategy)
- Triple net mapping and risk analysis (with CoE Sales)
- Facilitate best practice sharing
- Develop trade storytelling materials
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in Sales and Trade Marketing within a multinational FMCG company.
- Strong background in Trade Marketing is a must.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Tools: map, scale up and develop common tools
