EMT – Team Lead - Southwest Regional Crisis Center - Durango, Colorado
Position Summary:
The EMT -Team Lead (Behavioral Health Care Coordinator – Team Lead) is responsible for the oversight of the team of Behavioral Health Care Coordinators in the delivery of quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The Team Lead will support an integrated care approach in all clinical services. The Team Lead is responsible for high quality supervision for all staff assigned and is also responsible for providing direct clinical care for a minimum of 25% of their assignment with the expectation that all BHCC shifts are covered. The Team Lead must be capable of independent action without losing sight of the fact that their actions always represent the policies, priorities, and values of Axis Health System.

QUALIFICATIONS: Our ideal candidate will have HS diploma, GED or higher; EMT-B, NREMT certification and have three years' experience in a medical or related setting. BA, BS or Associates Degree and three years' experience with reception and other administrative duties in a medical setting preferred.
Salary: Starting at $27.25 (Starting $ locale differential $2.50 = $ $28.74 per hour (non-exempt - hourly) and considers experience.
