ENGLISH JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role
The CLM Representative supports Finnish speaking business clients in managing lifecycle processes ensuring smooth onboarding consistent engagement and efficient issue resolution. You will guide organizations in understanding available digital tools monitor their usage and help them optimize internal workflows. This position blends account care analysis planning and communication creating a role idóneo for those who enjoy long-term client support within an international work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Finnish speaking clients throughout their lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding adoption engagement and renewals
- Monitor usage trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain structured documentation in the CRM
- Communicate through calls emails and video sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex matters
- Participate in coaching sessions and training workshops
- Contribute to building retention and customer satisfaction plans
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Finnish and strong English
- Strong communication and customer-oriented approach
- Comfortable analyzing usage data and identifying trends
- Organized proactive and attentive to detailMotivated to work in an international hybrid environment
- EU work authorization
- Able to work from Málaga or Valencia
