To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Catalunya (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. It is based in Catalunya and can be performed from our Barcelona office.
Your Job
1. Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya.
2. Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
3. Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
4. Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
5. Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.
6. Create sales forecasts and develop strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) and act as a key external contact representing the company professionally.
8. Regularly update the CRM system with partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
9. Knowledge of and existing relationships with Partners and MSSPs in Catalunya are strong assets.
Your Profile
1. Solid IT knowledge through academic background, university studies, or equivalent, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
2. At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
3. Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex partner or end-user environments.
4. Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya, with a successful track record in strategic and economic partner development.
5. Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with partners and customers.
6. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
7. Dynamic, with a winning personality, thriving in an international, fast-paced environment.
8. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, with strong presentation skills.
9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for quarterly achievements.
10. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks to support growth.
